El VANS anual séptimo Pro-Tec Pool Party @ el infame Tazón Combi (construido por skateparks CA) en el Parque Vans Skate - Orange, CA mató ayer! El evento contó con mucha emoción tanto con una división de Pro y Master de la competencia. Chris Miller, quien vio una racha de cinco victorias rompió hace un año, afirmó el título de su sexto Pro-Tec Pool Party Maestro ante una multitud de capacidad noche del sábado. Miller se embolsó 18.000 dólares, mientras que el campeón defensor Steve Caballero llegó a la tercera montaña segundo hogar y Lance. Campo de los Maestros "se hizo aún más interesante que la historia se hizo con el primer tiempo del participante Tony Hawk entrar en la refriega.Hawk, que era el patinaje en su primer concurso en una década, fue cuarto. Empleado skatepark de CA y de la montaña jinete lanza publicado un esfuerzo sólido y asombró a la cantó con su estilo de patinaje suave y sin esfuerzo. El borrador Masters fue seguida por una división emocionante Pro final que vio de 16 años, Brasil fenómeno Pedro puntuación Barros su primer Pro-Tec Pool Party ganar y $ 30.000, mientras que superando al veterano Pros Rune Glifberg que se llevó a casa el segundo y Macdonald Andy, que quedó en tercer lugar. El dos veces campeón Bucky Lasek defensa tuvo que sentarse éste hacia fuera debido a un tobillo fracturado recientemente.

The 7th Annual VANS Pro-Tec Pool Party @ the infamous Combi Bowl (built by CA skateparks) in the Vans Skate Park – Orange, CA killed it yesterday!  The event featured plenty of excitement with both a Pro and Masters division competing.  Chris Miller, who saw a streak of five wins snapped a year ago, claimed his sixth Pro-Tec Pool Party Master’s title before a capacity crowd Saturday night.  Miller pocketed $18,000 while defending champ Steve Caballero took home second and Lance Mountain third. The Masters’ field became even more interesting as history was made with first time entrant Tony Hawk entering the fray. Hawk, who was skating in his first contest in a decade, was fourth.  CA skatepark’s employee and rider Lance Mountain posted a solid effort and wowed the crowed with his smooth and effortless skating style.  The Masters comp was followed by an exciting Pro Division final that saw 16-year old Brazilian phenom Pedro Barros score his first Pro-Tec Pool Party win and $30,000 while edging out veteran Pros Rune Glifberg who took home second and Andy Macdonald who placed third. Two-time defending champion Bucky Lasek had to sit this one out due to a recently fractured ankle.
